Brad Betenson, Systems Director
Brad has worked in the IT field for over 10 years. His experience includes roles in network administration, engineering, systems analysis, and IT management with companies in the shipping, financial, and health care sectors. In these roles he has managed multiple networks across several states, diagnosed and solved complex IT issues, provided technical support for several employees, and managed teams of IT professionals. He has also been successful in owning and operating his own mobile technology business. After gaining many years of professional experience, Brad chose to continue his education and is now pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management.

Mark Kruckenberg, Business Director
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Organizational Emphasis with a minor in Business Management and a Master of Management. While completing his undergraduate degree he spent 4 years heavily involved in organizations. He served on several boards and as director of two separate organizations that provided services and planned events for between 3,000 and 5,000 students. Mark spent the last 3 years working in the education industry with students, faculty, staff, university departments, and local businesses. His responsibilities in these roles have included staffing, training, budgeting, marketing, supervising, problem solving, and strategic planning.
